Amrinder is a highly experienced investment professional with transaction experience across multiple North American greenfield, secondary market, restructuring, and refinancing infrastructure transactions, having successfully closed over $11.6bn of financing throughout his career. Amrinder primarily works on PPP, transport, social, water, and other core sector infrastructure transactions.
Notably, Amrinder has led the advisory team on the Ontario Science Centre Relocation, the acquisition of a 7000+ bed portfolio at the University of Kentucky, the $6.0 billion Ontario Line South Civil DBF project, the restructuring of the $2.7 billion Purple Line project, the $1.5 billion Fargo Moorhead Flood Diversion project, the $1.8 billion Broadway Subway project, the $527 million refinancing for the East End Crossing project, and the $311 million refinancing of the Denver Eagle Rail project.
Prior to joining Agentis, Amrinder was on the Project Finance team at HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions, one of the largest construction companies in the world. Amrinder was the day-to-day finance lead for LAX Integrated Express Solutions, a consortium composed of ACS, Balfour Beatty, Bombardier, Fluor, and HOCHTIEF, in their successful bid and close of the $4.9bn LAX Automated People Mover project in 2018.
Amrinder holds an MBA and a BBA with honors from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a CFA Charterholder.
