Anshul is an experienced investment banking professional with expertise in M&A and capital markets across infrastructure, financial services, and technology. With over a decade of advisory experience, he has worked on transactions totaling billions of dollars and has served as both a buy-side and sell-side advisor on numerous global M&A and capital markets mandates.

His selected transaction experience includes advising KKR on its $1.1bn acquisition of Colonial First State Asset Management in Australia. He has also collaborated with technology startups in the United States, supporting strategic initiatives and performance improvement programs.

Before joining Agentis, Anshul was an Assistant Vice President with Wells Fargo’s Investment Banking team in Bengaluru and an Associate with Bank of America’s Investment Banking team in Mumbai.

Anshul holds an MBA from ICFAI, Hyderabad, and a B.Com from Bangalore University.
