Branden Lee

VICE PRESIDENT
Branden is an investment professional with experience across digital infrastructure, public-private partnerships, and renewable energy. His recent transaction work includes data centers, fiber networks, and internet service provider platforms across North America.
Notably, Branden has advised on several transactions, including an investment in the TowerPoint ground lease platform, the restructuring of a Canadian fiber platform, the attempted acquisition of a tower ground lease platform, the acquisition of Tonaquint Data Centers, and the bolt-on of CTI to Joink’s FTTH platform. Branden also supported the firm’s investment in a $328m fiber project in Manitoba in partnership with the Canada Infrastructure Bank, and the acquisition of High-Speed Crow, a rural internet service provider.
Prior to joining Agentis, Branden held roles at CIBC and ACM Advisors, where he was involved in infrastructure and investment management mandates.
Branden holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
