Jacob is an investment banking professional with transaction experience across North American digital infrastructure, power and utilities, and diversified industries, including financial services and healthcare.

Jacob has advised on several acquisitions, financings, and structuring initiatives for both strategic and financial investors. Select transaction experience includes the acquisition of WealthONE Bank of Canada, the acquisition of CommStream, the acquisition of High Speed Crow, and the formation and private financing of Synthesis Health.

Jacob holds a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with High Distinction.
