Othman is an infrastructure investment professional with deep experience across renewable energy, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and other core subsectors in North America and the United Kingdom. His expertise spans the entire asset lifecycle, with a strong focus on brownfield and operational assets, cross-border acquisitions, comprehensive due diligence, and structured financing.

Throughout his career, Othman has successfully executed numerous landmark transactions. Key highlights include the acquisition of a five-asset operational PPP portfolio from Forum Equity Partners, the Cedar Point wind asset from Suncor, and a portfolio of operational solar assets in the UK from Macquarie. Additionally, he has negotiated and led strategic partnerships to develop scalable infrastructure platforms across the UK, Australia, and South America.

Othman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from HEC Montréal and a Master of Science in Finance (Merit) from Imperial College London.
