Wesley is an infrastructure investment banker with transaction experience in North American public-private partnerships (availability payment, demand risk), data centers, towers, FTTH, renewables (wind, solar, BESS), and regulated utilities (water, wastewater).

Wesley’s transaction experience includes acting as financial advisor on the sale of OYA’s operating and development assets under a chapter 11 restructuring process, the acquisition of a portfolio of student housing facilities at The University of Texas at Dallas, the acquisition of a portfolio of 18 water and wastewater utilities in Arizona, the new money financing for the Carlsbad Desalination Plant, and the acquisition of a minority equity stake in Databank.

Wesley holds an Honors in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
