Scott co-founded Agentis Capital Mining Partners in 2019 and has more than 20 years of investment banking experience in diversified industries, including 15 years focused on providing advisory services to metals and mining producers, developers, and explorers through expertise in M&A, financings, and strategic investments.

Scott has acted as buy-side and sell-side advisor on multiple global mandates across several industries, including buy-side advisor to Silver Standard Resources on their C$337m acquisition of Claude Resources, sell-side advisor to Papillon Resources on their $570m sale to B2Gold, financial advisor to Panoro Minerals on their $140m metal streaming agreement with Silver Wheaton, financial advisor to Gold Standard Ventures on their strategic investments by Goldcorp, OceanaGold and Agnico Eagle and as financial advisor to Kutcho Copper on their $65m metal streaming agreement and C$20m convertible debt term loan with Wheaton Precious Metals.

Prior to Agentis, Scott worked for Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Genuity Capital Markets, and Citibank in Australia.

Scott holds a Masters of Finance from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, and is a CFA charter holder.
