Andrew Grieve is a Partner and Co-Founder of Agentis Capital.

He has worked on a broad range of transactions, including restructuring, capital raisings, project finance, take-private deals, M&A, and high-yield loan transactions. He also brings executive experience as the former CEO of a public company with nearly 1,000 employees, and has led, completed, and managed numerous principal investments on behalf of Agentis Capital.

Before founding Agentis Capital, Andrew held roles at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada and Macquarie Securities (USA).

He holds a BComm (Honours) in Finance from the Sauder School of Business. Andrew is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve and currently serves as the Commanding Officer of the 15th Field Artillery Regiment, The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery. He graduated from the Canadian Army Staff College in 2014 and the Joint Command Staff Program in 2018. He has served on the boards of a public company, a multi-strategy credit fund, several mid-sized industrial businesses, and various technology startups.
