Justin is a seasoned investment professional with broad experience across infrastructure, technology, and diversified sectors. He has advised on a wide range of transactions, including M&A, capital raises, restructurings, and strategic initiatives for infrastructure funds, pensions, and corporate clients.

Justin brings a differentiated perspective through his corporate-side experience, having been seconded as Chief of Staff to a portfolio company, where he played a key role in initial platform structuring, execution of equity and debt financings, and the completion of multiple strategic transactions. He currently supports the ongoing management, value creation, and strategic divestitures of principal investments on behalf of Agentis Capital.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University.
