Randy has more than 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic finance, and business development, including more than two decades focused on renewable energy finance, M&A and development. A recognized leader in the sector, he is a frequent author, speaker, and media source on renewable energy trends and transactions, with appearances at leading industry conferences in the United States and Europe. In 2022 Randy was honored to be named to Tamarindo’s North America Power List, recognizing him as one of the wind industry’s most influential leaders.

Previously, Randy led the North American advisory and investment banking business for Green Giraffe. During his tenure he established and grew Green Giraffe’s North American advisory team, developed and managed Green Giraffe’s FINRA registered broker dealer – Green Giraffe Securities, and oversaw all commercial activities across the North American platform.

Randy holds a full suite of securities licenses, including Series 24 (registered principal), 63 (state law), 79 (investment banking), and 82 (private placements). He received his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics from Skidmore College and his Masters in Business Administration from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
